The Challenge: Despite offering world-class safari experiences, Zazu Expeditions lacked a central hub to showcase their expertise and verify their legitimacy to high-value international clients. Operating without a website created a trust gap that hindered their ability to compete with established agencies.
- The Solution: I architected and launched the brand’s first-ever digital presence from the ground up. By building a custom platform with an integrated itinerary management system, I transformed the business into a globally accessible tour operator, enabling them to capture international leads and automate the booking process for the first time.
- The Impact: Achieved a 26% increase in international lead generation within the first 60 days of launch. By optimizing the new platform for search engines (SEO), organic website traffic grew by 48%, resulting in 16 fully automated online tour bookings that saved the team over 25 hours of manual administrative work per week.
The Challenge: Lama Ventures was launching a new online car marketplace in a highly competitive industry. Because the website was brand new, it had no visibility on search engines, making it hard to attract buyers without spending a fortune on paid advertising.
The Solution: I built a fast, user-friendly website and implemented a strong SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy. I organized the site’s structure so Google could easily read the car listings and optimized the pages with the exact keywords customers use when searching for cars online.

The Challenge: Visitors were clicking on Zazu Expeditions’ PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads, but too many were leaving the website without making an inquiry. This high bounce rate meant the digital marketing budget was being wasted, and the cost to get a new customer was too high.
The Solution: I redesigned the website’s landing pages to be extremely mobile-friendly to improve the user experience. I also set up precise tracking tools so our Google Ads and Meta campaigns could learn exactly which users were taking action, allowing the ads to target much higher-quality leads.
The Impact: Boosted the website’s conversion rate by 9% and lowered the cost to acquire each customer by 16%. This improved the overall Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), generating more daily inquiries from the exact same advertising budget.
